Dylan Whitmire began his journey in the HVAC industry at a young age, accompanying his father, Rick Whitmire, who owned and operated a respected residential HVAC business in Hall County for over 30 years. Summers were spent in crawl spaces and attics, learning the trade from the ground up. From burning in condensers to running ductwork, Dylan’s early experiences instilled in him a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for providing quality service.

In 2012, Dylan took a leap of faith and started his own commercial HVAC business with just four employees. Through dedication and an unwavering commitment to excellence, he expanded the company to include nine offices across four states, employing over 100 skilled technicians. His company became a trusted partner for major restaurant chains, including Outback Steakhouse, Longhorn, Olive Garden, Chilis, Maggianos, Golden Corral, Cheesecake Factory, Pizza Hut, Zaxbys, Chipotle, Wendy’s, Arby’s, and more.

Now, Dylan, along with his long-time trusted right hand, Anthony Cato, is bringing their wealth of experience and commercial buying power back to where it all began—the residential HVAC sector.
